We have a patent pending system reinforcing our cross members and weld all welds in a flat position for optimum penetration.  Our 6" WF frames are stronger and we jack them tight with 6" x 6" #2 or better Spruce/Pine/Fir.  These wood inserts are placed cross-ways in the mat for better weight distribution and to prolong the life of the wood.  The extra effort we put into a superior product translates into substantial savings for our customers.
